    Baku, one of the most beautiful world’s cities is located at the joint of Europe and Asia. The capital’s name itself is interpreted as a 'wind blow', 'city of winds' or 'hill', 'city on the hill'. The port city of Baku, the cultural, industrial and political capital of Azerbaijan is located on the western Caspian seaside, on the bay shores of the same name in the southern part of the Apsheron Peninsula, rich in its oil fields. Baku consists of 11 administrative districts and 5 townships.

    At first Gabala was a part of Shirvanshahs state and later Sheki khanate. The city was repeatedly exposed to devastating invasions. But, despite of this Gabala has preserved material evidence of its civilized past. The ruins of ancient Gabala are 15 km from the present day city. The excavation finds from the ancient settlement can be seen in the city museum. Gabala vicinities have numerous historical and architectural monuments.

    The city of Ganja is located at the foot of the Minor Caucasian Ridge, on the Gjandzhachaj river. It was founded approximately in the 6th AD. In the first half of the 7th century Ganja was destroyed by Persians and in the second half by Arabs. In the mid-10 th century Ganja became the capital of Shadadit - one of a smaller khanates on the territory of Azerbaijan.

    CANCELLATION


    In the event that a tour participant cancels his / her booking OR a group booking is cancelled, the following fees become payable. Note: the above will hold good only on presentation of the original receipt. Transfer from one tour to another will be treated as a cancellation. (Note: All cancellations must be received in writing and signed by the tour participant, who made the booking). In case you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We regret that we are not able to make refunds for absences from a tour or for any missed sightseeing. Costing and airfare for all tours is based on departure from Mumbai, unless mentioned. Passengers opting for boarding flights from other places will have to pay the airfare difference (if any), and will have to bear expenses of airport to hotel and vice-versa transportation with no reduction in this price on this account. The facility of offering the option of boarding the flight from other places will be solely at our discretion. We, in no circumstances, will be liable for any loss of baggage, goods, air tickets, passport, cash, travellers cheques, or any other travel document or item owned by the passenger while on tour, however caused. No refund is permissible on partially unutilized air tickets or ground arrangements.

    YOUR CONTRACT


    All tours in this brochure are operated by Trance Holidays Pvt Ltd. When a booking is made, which is accepted by us, it constitutes a contract between you and Trance Holidays Pvt Ltd. All bookings are taken on the basis that you accept these terms and conditions. We are travel organisers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no other control in their running we cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, or deficiency in services which is caused by the act or default of management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process. (The contract and the disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.)


    BOOKING AND PAYMENT


    A non-refundable and interest-free deposit of '' 10,000/- per person is required to be paid by the passenger at the time of booking which should be done at least 90 days prior to the date of departure. Full payment should be made 30 days prior to the date of departure. The registration amount is non-adjustable against any other tour or service.


    VALIDITY


    Itineraries, resorts, hotels, airlines, cruise, rail, and prices published are subject to change any time without prior notice.


    PRICES


    Any increase in air/rail fare or taxes prior to the date of departure or change in exchange rates or increase in visa fees will have to be borne by the passenger.


    ACCOMMODATION


    All tours, planned itineraries and package plans are based on using twin or double accommodation. In order to keep our price as low as possible, tour holidays are based on efficient use of transport and hotels and these arrangements are planned many months in advance. To maintain this efficiency, it may be necessary on occasion to make some alterations to your holiday arrangements.


    TAXES


    In case of group tours, taxes are inclusive. Certain hotels charge a security deposit on check in, which is refundable on check out after deducting any expense incurred by the passengers. All passengers are liable to pay this deposit.


    NOTE


    The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (In the event of a passenger falling ill or suffering any accident during the journey, all hospital expenses, doctor’s fees and any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of his/her illness/accident are the responsibility of the passenger.) Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, airplane, bus, ship or other service, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passenger.

    The Azerbaijan Online e-Visa is an electronic visa for travelers to Azerbaijan, issued via an online application system. It was introduced in 2013 to facilitate visa processing for foreigners wishing to enter Azerbaijan for a maximum of 30 days.

    The Azerbaijan e-Visa, also known as the ASAN visa, can be obtained by completing the online application with personal information, travel details, passport data and some security questions before requiring payment via credit or debit card. The approved e-Visa for Azerbaijan is then sent to the applicant’s e-mail address within 24h, and in some cases up to three (3) business days.


    Azerbaijan e-Visa Conditions


    The following important information relates to the e-Visa for the Republic of Azerbaijan, available for eligible foreign nationals to request online:

      The electronic visa for Azerbaijan allows its holder to visit the country for a maximum duration of thirty (30) days.

      The e-Visa is a single-entry visa that allows its holder to enter and exit Azerbaijan only once.

      The e-Visa for the Republic of Azerbaijan is usually processed within 24 hours but could take up to three (3) working days.

      The Azerbaijan e-Visa is valid for a period of ninety (90) days.


    Terms of Eligibility for Azerbaijan e-Visa


    To visit Azerbaijan with the e-Visa, foreign nationals must meet the following requirements:

      All applicants must be citizens of one of the eligible countries as stated in the list below.

      When applying applicants must be outside Azerbaijan.

      Have a valid email address where he/she will receive the approved e-Visa.

      The applicant must also have a valid credit/debit card to make the online visa fee payment.

      Passports of e-Visa holders must be valid for at least six (6) months from the arrival date in Azerbaijan.


    Additional Information about the Azerbaijan Online e-Visa


      e-Visa holders must print out at least one copy of their e-Visa for Azerbaijan.

      Upon arrival travelers will be requested to present their e-Visa at the border control checkpoint.

      Travelers are recommended to keep their printed copy of the e-Visa with them at all times during their stay.

      Once the validity period has passed, the e-Visa becomes invalid and can no longer be used to enter Azerbaijan.

      The duration of stay of the e-Visa holder may not exceed the designated 30-day period.

      If the period of stay of the e-Visa holder exceeds 10 days, he/she must ensure that they are registered with the State Migration Service for free, usually done via tourist accommodation.

      Day 2: Baku City Tour

Soak in panoramic views of Baku from the park. Thereafter, enjoy a walking tour which will help you to get acquainted with the history and architecture of the city., Continue touring new Baku and exploring architecture of XIX- XX centuries.,Nizami Street: It is a large pedestrian and shopping street in downtown Baku, Azerbaijan, named after classical poet Nizami Ganjavi., Fountain Square: Fountains Square is a public square in downtown Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The square was previously called Parapet and is often referenced to by the same name now. The name of the fountains square derives from the presence of dozens of fountains throughout. The square is a public gathering place, especially after business hours and during the weekend. It is an attractive tourist destination with many boutiques, restaurants, shops, hotels and passage. It starts from the Istiglaliyyat Street and walls of the Icheri Sheher and stretches through Nizami Street, also called in popular culture as the Torgovaya street running parallel to Baku Boulevard. The fountains square is a location where the city authorities hold many public festivals, shows and celebrations.,Nizami Ganjavi monument: The Monument to Nizami Ganjavi, a medieval Persian poet, is located in Baku in Nizami Square, on the intersection of Istiglaliyyat, Ahmad Javad, Azerbaijan and Islam Safarli streets. The monument is a 6 metered bronze statue installed on 9 metered octahedral pedestal. The pedestal is of red Labrador, and elements of Azerbaijani architecture of Nizami’s epoch were used in its handling. There is an ornamental carving and faced bronze plates on the lower part of the monument. 7 plates feature scenes from Nizami's works, and one plate displays a memorial inscription.,Rasulzade Streets: Istiglaliyyat Street is an arterial road in the central uptown part of Baku, Azerbaijan. It begins at Gulustan Palace, located on the southern hillside part of Baku, and continues north, then northeast, terminating at the intersection of Aziz Aliyev and Mammad Amin Rasulzade Streets at the edge of Fountains Square., Maiden Tower: The Maiden Tower also known locally as Giz Galasi, located in the Old City, Baku, in Azerbaijan, was built in the 12th century as part of the walled city. Together with the Shirvanshahs' Palace, dated to the 15th century, it forms an ensemble of historic monuments inscribed in 2001 under the UNESCO World Heritage List of Historical Monuments as cultural property, Category III. It is one of Azerbaijan's most distinctive national emblems, and is thus featured on Azeri currency notes and official letterheads.,Shirvanshahs Palace: The Palace of the Shirvanshahs is a 15th-century palace built by the Shirvanshahs and described by UNESCO as 'one of the pearls of Azerbaijan's architecture'. It is located in the Inner City of Baku, Azerbaijan and, together with the Maiden Tower, forms an ensemble of historic monuments inscribed under the UNESCO World Heritage List of Historical Monuments. The complex contains the main building of the palace, Divanhane, the burial-vaults, the shah's mosque with a minaret, Seyid Yahya Bakuvi's mausoleum, a portal in the east, Murad's gate, a reservoir and the remnants of a bath house. The palace is depicted on the obverse of the Azerbaijani 10,000 manat banknote of 1994-2006 and of the 10 new manat banknote issued since 2006.,Caravanserai: Caravanserai literally means “palace for caravans” or “palace on a trade route”. In the Middle East and Central Asia it was often a place of rest, located in unpopulated areas, to house animals and people. All caravanserais were divided into two types: open and closed. Closed caravanserais were small fortresses to repel the attack in case of danger. They were one or two storey buildings, surrounded by fortified walls. Inside, there were warehouses, stables and corrals for animals, as well as living premises. Open caravanserais were typical for cities. They were more like hotels with stables and corrals for animals. In addition there were teahouses, bathhouses, and many other buildings and facilities for travelers.,Overnight at Resort.

      Day 3: Baku-Gobustan-Baku-Absheron Peninsula-Baku

      Breakfast 07:00 Hrs -10:00 Hrs., Petro glyphs Museum in Gobustan National Park: The Petroglyph Museum is a museum in Gobustan, Azerbaijan. Gobustan National Park (Azerbaijani: Qobustan Milli Parkı) officially Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape is a hill and mountain site occupying the southeast end of the Greater Caucasus mountain ridge in Azerbaijan, mainly in the basin of Jeyrankechmaz River, between the rivers Pirsagat and Sumgait. It is located west of the settlement of Gobustan, about 40 miles (64 km) southwest of the centre of Baku on the west bank of the Caspian Sea.,Greater Baku and Absheron peninsula: Later take the tour to Absheron peninsula, where Greater Baku along with Baku city itself are situated on. The whole territory of the peninsula is connected with one history, culture and economy.,Ateshgah Temple: The Baku Ateshgah, often called the 'Fire Temple of Baku' is a castle-like religious temple in Surakhani, a suburb in Baku. Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, temple was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship. 'Atash' is the Persian word for fire. It was abandoned after 1883 when oil and gas plants were established in the vicinity, ending the flow of natural gas to the temple and extinguishing the holy fire. The complex was turned into a museum in 1975. The Temple of Fire 'Ateshgah' was nominated for List of World Heritage Sites, UNESCO in 1998.
